含磷聚多元羧酸免烫整理剂的合成及应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用多元羧酸为单体、双氧水为引发剂并添加次亚磷酸钠合成了含磷聚多元羧酸免烫整理剂,并对棉织物进行免烫整理,分析了单体种类、次亚磷酸钠用量对整理效果的影响.通过正交实验,获得了含磷聚马来酸与丙烯酸整理剂PMAAA对棉织物的最佳整理工艺及PMAAA与柠檬酸CA复配物对棉织物的最佳整理工艺. Phoshporus-contg. polycarboxylic acid polymers as anti-crease finishing agent were synthesized with polycarboxylic acids as the monomers, hydrogen peroxide as the initiator, and sodium hypophosphite as additive. The products were used in anti-crease finishing of cotton fabrics. The influences of the monomer kind and hypophosphite amt. on the finishing effect were analyzed. An optimal finishing process for cotton fabrics with phosphorus-contg, polymaleic acid and polyacrylic acid finishing agent (PMAAA), as well as another one from PMAAA and citric acid were obtained by orthogonal expts.
