摘要
采用自制的醚化阻燃剂MCFR-201,结合交联剂醚化六羟甲基三聚氰胺树脂(MHMM)对棉织物进行低甲醛阻燃整理.探讨了阻燃整理中阻燃剂、交联剂、催化剂用量以及焙烘温度和时间对阻燃效果的影响,确定了最佳阻燃整理工艺.经测试,整理后的织物具有较好的阻燃效果及耐洗性,皂洗后织物上游离甲醛量可降至100×10-6以下.
Cotton fabrics were finished by low HCHO finishing with etherified flame-retardant MCFR-201 (made by the authors) and cross-linking agent etherified hexamethylolmelamine resin(MHMM). The influences of MCFR-201, MHMM and catalyst amts, baking temp. and time on the flame-retardant results were investigated. An optimal process was detd. The tests showed that finished fabrics had good flame-retardant effect and washing resistance, and the free HCHO content on the soap-washed fabric was lowered to less than 100×10^-6.
