Discussed the interlaminar-formed technique during microendoscopic discectomy （MED） in which preserving the flavum ligament and its feasibilities, adaptions and merits in treatment of lumbar disc herniation. And got the result： it is feasible and advanced with the intedaminar-formed technique during the MED. It can reduce the time of the operation and make the operation easier than before. But the indication is limited due to the instruments and other reasons. New instruments should be empolder in the future.
