摘要 目的:探索DNA平均倍体值、倍体类型在前列腺癌中诊断和鉴别诊断的价值,并探讨与前列腺癌病理分级、临床分期的关系。方法:应用细胞图像分析技术检测正常前列腺、良性前列腺增生症、前列腺上皮内瘤、前列腺癌细胞的平均DNA含量、DNA平均倍体值及倍体类型。结果:DNA含量、DNA倍体值在正常前列腺、前列腺增生症、前列腺上皮内瘤和前列腺癌逐渐递增,随着前列腺癌分化程度的降低,临床分期的进展,细胞DNA含量逐渐增多。结论:DNA异倍体提示前列腺肿瘤的发生。DNA平均倍体值、DNA倍体类型可作为前列腺癌鉴别诊断及判定前列腺癌恶性程度的重要参考指标。 Objective: To explore the significance of DNA ploidy in prostate cancer diagnosis and differential diagnosis, and investigate the relationship between prostate cancer histopathological grading, clinic stage and DNA ploidy. Methods:The image cytometry was used to measure the average DNA content, the DNA average ploidy value and the DNA ploidy type of normal prostate, benign prostate hyperplasia, prostate intraepithelial neoplasia and prostate cancer. Results:The DNA content, the DNA ploidy value are increased gradually along with normal prostate, benign prostate hyperplasia, prostate intraepithelial neoplasia and prostate cancer. The DNA content is increased gradually along with decreasing of the tumor histological grading and postponing of the tumor clinic stage. Conclusion:DNA heteroploid implies the emergence of prostate cancer. DNA average ploidy value and DNA ploidy type can be used as an important reference index for differential diagnosis and malignance of prostate cancer.
