摘要
新公共服务是20世纪80年代在西方兴起的关于公共行政在以公民为中心的治理系统中所扮演的角色的理念,它是当代公共行政改革的新模式。新公共服务理论对我国当前的公共行政改革具有重要的理论与实践意义。
As a new style of contemporary public administration reform, new public service＇, which is popular in westem country in 1980s, means the ideology on roles of public administration in its management system centered by citizen. It is of great significance both in theory and practice for China＇s present-day public administration reform.
