荒漠草原地区3种冰草种子萌发的研究

Study on seed germination of three wheatgrass species in desert steppe

对冰草属3种植物的种子萌发特性进行了研究,结果表明:发芽率室内高于室外;种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数随着贮藏时间的延长都呈下降趋势,其中扁穗冰草Agropyron cristatum的耐贮性较强;籽穗顶、中、基部种子千粒重的高低与籽穗各部位小花开放的先后顺序呈正相关;杂种冰草A.cristatum×A.desertorum cv. Hycrest和蒙古冰草A.mongolicum cv. neimeng籽穗不同部位种子萌发力的强弱与千粒重呈正相关,而扁穗冰草呈负相关。

The seed germination character of three wheatgrass species was studied and the results showed that germination percentage was higher indoors than outside. With the prolonging storage period, germination percentage, germination potential and germination index decreased. Agropyron cristatumwas storage tolerant. Thousand-seed weight from top, middle and bases of panicle was positively correlated to anthesis order of the inflorescence. The vigor of the seeds from different part of panicle in A. cristatum ×A. desertorum cv. Hycrest and A. mongolicum cv. Neimeng had positive correlation to thousand-seed weight, hut Agropyron eristatum showed negative correlation.
