印尼莪术快速繁殖技术初步研究 被引量:7

摘要 以印尼莪术根茎为外植体,诱导不定芽、增殖至生根形成完整植株的试验。结果表明:较好的不定芽诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L,芽的增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 1.2 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,试管苗的生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L。 Using the rhizome of Curcuma xanthorrhiza Roxb. as explant to induce the adventitious bud, multiplication and radication. The results showed that the inducing and differentiating of bud was better on MS + 6-BA 1. 0mg/L + NAA 0. 5mg/L,the multiplication of bud was on MS +6-BA 1.2mg/L + NAA 0. 1mg/L and the redication was on 1/2MS + NAA 0. 5mg/L .
