摘要
目的:研究广西特色植物瓜馥木Fissistigma oldhamii(Helms.)Merr.中的阿朴菲类生物碱。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从瓜馥木总生物碱部分分离纯化得到4个阿朴菲类生物碱,分别鉴定为:1,2-亚甲二氧基-N-甲氧酰基-阿朴菲生物碱(romucosine)(Ⅰ),甲氧番荔枝碱(xylopine)(Ⅱ),1,2,3-三甲氧基氧化阿朴菲生物碱(O-methylmoschatoline)(Ⅲ),毛叶含笑碱(oxoxylopine)(Ⅳ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study aporphine alkaloids from Fissistigrna oldhamii(Hemsl.) Merr. which is a characteristic plant of Guangxi. Methods: Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the aporphine alkaloids. Their physical and chemical properties and spectral data were measured for structural elucidation. Results. Four aporphine alkaloids were isolated from the fraction of total alkaloids of Fissistigrna oldhamii( Hemsl. ) Merr. They were identified as romucosine(Ⅰ) ,xylopine(Ⅱ), O-methylmoschatoline(Ⅲ) ,oxoxylopine(Ⅳ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ is obtained from this plant for the first time.
