设计合金配料秤应注意的几个问题

合金配料秤是高炉炼钢生产线上的一种工艺设备,具有自动化程度高,配料精度高等优点。如何让合金配料秤满足生产工艺需求呢?在设计合金配料秤时就必须结合生产工艺的需求和特点,解决好合金配料秤工作过程中可能出现的问题,使合金配料秤更好地服务于生产线。本文结合自身经历,对合金配料秤提出了几点建议,供同行们商榷。

Alloy batching scale is a kind of craft equipment on blast furnace steel-making production line, which has the advantages of high automation and high ingredient precision, how to let the alloy hatching scale meet the need of production craft？ When we design the alloy batching scale, we must combine with the demand and the characteristic of production craft to solve possibly appearing problems in working process of alloy batching scale and make the alloy batching scale serve the production line well. This article unifies author＇s experience to propose several suggestion about the alloy batching scale which are discussed for the colleagues.
