摘要
黄芩甙是中药黄芩的有效成分之一,黄芩甙的提取研究对中药生产现代化和医药化工的发展都具有重要意义.本文比较了不同的含量测定方法和提取工艺,对今后的研究工作提出了一些建议.
Baicalin is one of effective ingredients of scutellaria georgi. The research on the extraction of baicalin has an important significance to the production modernization of traditional Chinese medicine and the development of pharmaceutical engineering. In this paper, several different content determine methods and extraction techniques are compared, and some valuable advices for the future research in this field are presented.
