学生隐私权问题探析

Thinking on the Right of Privacy of students

随着社会和科学技术的发展,在校学生隐私权的问题日渐突现。侵犯学生隐私权,包括乱搜、乱看、监视监听、公布披露、调查刺探等方面。侵犯学生隐私权行为有社会、法律、物质条件等原因。学校应从现存的法律中找到保护学生隐私权的依据和救济的途径。

With the development of the society and science and technology, the right of privacy of the students in colleges and universities has attracted the attention of people. This paper tries to reflect on the problems in the right of privacy of the students by case analysis and find some evidences and ways of relief to protect the right of privacy from the existing laws.
