民营企业国际化经营中政府角色合理定位问题研究

A Study of the Rational Role of Government in the Internationalized Management of Civilian-run Enterprises

经济全球化的背景下,我国的企业面临越来越大的竞争压力。因此,要求占据企业大多数的民营企业能适时、稳步地“走出去”,即开展国际化经营。民营企业国际化经营,有利于国内产业结构升级改造,从而推动产业优化发展。基于民营企业整体上的弱质性,在其国际化经营过程中,需要政府进行多方面同时又合理地,即适时、适势、适度地予以扶持。

The enterprises of China face more and more intensive competition with the globalization of economy, so most of our enterprises, i.e. civilian -run enterprises, should go into internationalized management in proper time with steady steps. The internationalized management of civilian - run enterprises is beneficial to the upgrading and reconstruction of domestic industrial structure and therefore promotes the optimal development of industries. Considering civilian - run enterprises＇ weakness in general, they need the support of the government in rational ways and in many aspects, that is, in proper time, in proper situation and moderately.
