摘要
为探讨李梅杏种质资源与其近缘种李、杏之间的亲缘关系,对来源于山东、辽宁等地的李梅杏种质资源及李、杏等品种共30份进行了RAPD和S等位基因的PCR扩增分析,结果表明,李梅杏与李、杏之间亲缘关系较近;聚类分析结果显示大部分李梅杏与中国李的遗传距离较近,表明李梅杏的母本可能为李;同时S等位基因的PCR扩增结果显示李梅杏与李的扩增条带数一致,均为一条且位置相近,表明李梅杏与李的进化趋同性可能较杏更近。
30 cuhivars of P. armeniaca limeixing Zhang J.Y.et Wang Z.M., plum, apricot, almond and Chinese cherry were analyzed with RAPD and S allele-specific PCR for studying their relationship. The results showed that P. armeniaca limeixing was much closer to plum and apricot than almond and cherry. The clustered results indicated that most P. armeniaca limeixing culitvars were closer to Chinese plum than apricot, thus the female parentage of P. armeniaca limeixing was probably plum. S allele-specific PCR amplification showed that all P. armeniaca limeixing germplasm tested had only one band with similar place, which also indicated that P. armeniaca limeixing is closer to plum than apricot.
