胚培无核葡萄新品种——沪培1号的选育

Hupei 1——a new triploid seedless grape cultivar obtained by embryo culture

沪培1号是以二倍体无核品种喜乐为母本与四倍体品种巨峰杂交,经胚离体挽救培养育成,其根尖细胞染色体计数57条,属三倍体无核品种。在栽培条件下,果穗平均质量400g,果粒椭圆形,单个果粒质量5.0～6.8g,绿白色。肉质中等硬,风味浓郁,可溶性固形物15%～18%,品质上等。上海地区8月初成熟。

Hupei 1 is a new triploid seedless grape cuhivar, derived from the cross between the diploid seedless grapes cultivar Himrod seedless and the tetraploid cuhivar Kyoho. The hybrid triploid plant were obtained by means of in vitro ovule culture. Root tip cells of plantlets derived from such diploid x tetraploid had 57 chromosomes. Its fruit cluster is of conic form and weights 400 g on average. Berries are ellipse in form, having a light red or light green skin, weighing 5.0 to 6.8 g, containing a soluble solids content of 15% to 18% with a pleasant flavor, of very good eating quality. It matures in early August at Shanghai area. The vines are moderately productive, having a higher resistance to diseases.
