摘要
对我国在现有的两种桉木——尾巨桉和尾赤桉进行了纤维形态、化学组成分析,并对其硫酸盐法制浆漂白性能进行了研究。正交实验的结果表明:两种桉木KP-AQ制浆较佳的工艺条件为:用碱量15%-17%,硫化度20%-22%;最佳升温时间100-110min,最佳保温时间90-110min,最高蒸煮温度165~170℃,蒽醌用量0.1%,液比1:5.5。通过分析漂白浆的各项物理性能指标,得出两种桉木都比较适合生产硫酸盐浆,其中又以尾巨桉较佳,可积极地进行推广培育。
E.urophylla grandis and E.urophylla camaldulensis are two eucalyptus species in China. In the paper, their pulpability and bleachability were researched. Orthogonal experiments showed that the best cooking condition are as follows: dosage of alkali 15%-17%, sulfidity 20%-22%, dosage of antraquinon 0.1%, time to maximum temperature 100 -110min, time at maximum temperature 90-110min, maximum temperature 165-170℃, liquor to wood ratio 1:5.5. The result shows that these two eucalyptus species are suitable for KP-AQ, and E.urophylla grandis is better than E.urophylla camaldulensis.
