摘要
采用中性盐氟化钠对膨润土进行液体改性,并与常规的碳酸钠改性膨润土做对比。结果表明,氟化钠改性膨润土的性能及对抄造体系的pH值适应性更强,提高了细小组分的留着与滤水性能,4周后仍能保持较好的分散性、流动性与较高的细小组分留着率,因此氟化钠液体改性膨润土作为造纸微粒助留剂具有较高的应用价值。
The bentonite modified in the form of high concentrated neutral suspension with fluoride sodium, which is used as microparticle retention aid in papermaking industry, is compared with the conventional bentonite slurry modified by sodium carbonate and initiatively studied with laboratory scale. The result shows that the high concentrated bentonite slurry modified by fluoride sodium used as the microparticle retention aid is feasible. It is found that the high concentrated fluid dispersion has lower viscosity and better effect of microparticle retention and drainage than the modified one by sodium carbonate and bentonite of calcium group, especially, maintains good retention and drainage behavior after four weeks. The former has better applicability on pH (3-8) than the latter was found also. So it has great application value as microparticle retention aid in papermaking industry.
