摘要
将微电解法应用于碱法草浆中段废水的脱色处理,并讨论了其影响因素。实验结果表明:在搅拌条件下,铁炭质量比1:2、pH为2、用铁量800mg·L-1、反应时间30min,废水色度的去除率可以达到95%,处理后的废水近乎清澈透明。
The micro-electrolysis method has characteristics including the functions of oxidation-reduction, flocculation, electro-enrichment, fihmtion-adsorption and so on. The decoloring treatment of alkali straw pulp bleaching effluent and the influence factors are studied in this paper. The results show that when stiring, the ratio of iron to carbon is 1:2 , pH value is 2, the amount of Fe is 800mg·l^-1, reaction time is 30 minutes,the removal rate of chromaticity is up to 95% and the treated effluent is almost transparent.
