摘要
宣纸是我国手工纸中最著名的一种,其生产废水中檀皮蒸煮黑液的CODCr浓度相当高,达42000mg·L-1。实验采用微电解-絮凝-吸附的组合工艺对其进行处理,主要考查了各阶段处理的主要影响因素及其处理效果关系。结果表明:经过整个工艺3个阶段的处理,最终出水的CODCr为3481.9mg·L-1,去除率达91.7%,色度为10倍,去除率高达97.5%。这是一个有效的预处理工艺,并能节约大量的稀释用水。
Xuan paper is one of the most famous handwork paper in our country, CODc, of the black liquor of Xuan paper is quite high, 42000mg·L^-1. The combined process of microelectrolysis-flocculation-adsorption technology is used to treat the black liquor, the relationship between the influencing factors of every stage and the treatment effect is studied. The result shows: Through three stages'treatment, the CODcr and the chromah of the final effluent is 3 481.9 mg·L^-1, 10 times, respectively; the removal rate of them is 91.7% and 97.5%. This combined process is efficient one that can be used for the pretreatment.
