摘要
以白色链霉菌为实验菌种,诱导其在产酶培养基上所产胞外酶对三倍体毛白杨KP浆进行生物漂白,摸索出最佳工艺条件:酶用量5IU·g-1、温度60℃、时间120min、浆浓6%、pH值7.0,表明该菌所产胞外酶具有一定热稳定性和耐碱性,对纸浆漂白十分有利。如再接后续漂白段,可进一步提高纸浆白度和黏度,降低卡伯值,改善纸浆可漂性。
Biobleaching of triploide Chinese poplar kraft pulps with the enzyme produced by Streptomyces albus was investaged. It was found that the optimum conditions of the treatment were as following: enzyme dosage 5IU·g^-1,pH 7.0, pulp consistency 6% and 60℃ for 120 minutes. It showed the stability to hot and alkaline, this was beneficial to the bleaching of the pulp. Connecting with the following bleaching segments, it could show a further increase in pulp brightness and DP and a further drop in kappa values. The bleachability of the treated pulps was improved.
