温纳是技术自主论者吗——兼论温纳对埃吕尔的技术自主性思想的发展

Is Winner Theorist of Autonomous Technology?——Partly-on Winner's Development of Ellul's Thought about the Autonomy of Technology

通过质疑技术控制,提出技术漂流与技术梦游、技术命令、反向适应等概念,温纳事实上阐发了一定的技术自主的思想。温纳的技术自主性思想,特别是技术命令和反向适应这两个概念,是对埃吕尔的技术自主性思想的深化和补充。

As a matter of fact, Winner declared some idea about autonomous technology though oppugning mastery of technology, and putting forward several concepts, such as technological drift, technological somnambulism, technological imperative, reverse adaptation etc. Winner developed Ellul＇s idea of autonomous technology by proposing the concepts of technological imperative and reverse adaptation.
