摘要
城市发展的历史表明,每当社会经济发生变革,以及由此产生的城市结构形态的变化,都将深深影响着城市规划设计的发展意识及观点。本文旨在通过对古今中外各个时期的城市规划变化的总结、分析和阐述,提出了在市场经济体制下,我国新时期应有的城市规划转变与更新,以及在构筑21世纪城市规划时,应着重考虑的一些问题。
