摘要
对基于转子磁场定向的异步电动机的弱磁控制方法进行了研究。针对提升电机在弱磁区域的动态特性,在传统的1/ωr弱磁控制方法的基础上,通过将转矩电流分量的跟踪变化作为补偿项,迭加到励磁电流指令中,从而提高电流的跟踪能力和电机的转矩输出特性。首先构建了系统的仿真模型,验证了该方法的有效性,然后在全数字异步电动机驱动系统上实现了算法。仿真和实验结果均表明,该方法可有效提高电机的动态响应特性。
The paper presents a revised flux weakening control method which is based on traditional method to improve the transient performance of a rotor flux oriented induction motor system.The torque current tracking error is handled on the calculation of the reference flux current in field weakening region.The system simulation model is first constructed using Matlab/Simulink,and then the proposed method is implemented in digital ac spindle driver.Simulative and experiment results all confirm the validity of the proposed method.
