摘要
研究了改进型交错并联有源箝位反激变换器,该变换器利用交错并联的技术使变换器输入、输出电流频率提高了一倍,大大减小了输入、输出电流的脉动,也减小了对输入、输出滤波器的要求。详细分析该变换器的工作原理;讨论了两种控制方式对其性能的影响;给出了电路主要参数的设计原则。制作了一台80kHz,600W的原理样机,并通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性。
This paper researchs on an improved interleaved flyback DC/DC converter,the flyback interleaving significantly reduces the input filter requirements by introducing 180° out-of-phase input current harmonics ,which results in a reduction of input current ripple.The detail analysis and basic design considerations will be given to illustrate the principle of operation.And the effect of two control strategies is discussed in this paper.An 80 kHz,600 W prototype converter was implemented and the experimental results of prototype are agreement with the theoretical analysis.
