高集成度中间母线变流器的设计

摘要 研究了一种高集成度中间母线变流器,该变流器使用了最新推出的、集控制、驱动、保护及软启动等功能于一身的专用芯片IR2086S,与传统的PWM芯片相比I,R2086S具有集成度高的优点。另外,该芯片具有独特的输入电压控制的变频功能,使得不同输入电压下变压器的设计得以优化。因此,利用该芯片设计的中间母线变流器在成本、体积、功能方面具有强大的竞争力。介绍了该芯片的使用方法和技术要点,并进行了实验验证。 A high integration intermediate bus converter is studied in this paper.IR2086S from International Rectifier Corp .is applied in this intermediate bus converter.IR2086S has the advantage of higher integration including control, driver, protection, and soft start, so it is superior to conventional PWM IC.What's more, variable frequency function under various input voltages of this IC makes the design of transformer more optimized.Therefore the intermediate bus converter based on IR2086S has much superiority in cost,size,and function.Design considerations and experiments are also presented in this paper.
