摘要
矩阵变换器(Matrix Converter,简称MC)具有无中间储能环节,输入输出直接相连,开关速度快的特点,同时也存在着控制规律复杂,电磁干扰(Electromagnetic Interference,简称EMI)现象严重的问题。为此,在间接空间矢量调制的基础上采用了一种优化的开关顺序,以减少开关次数。分析了输入电流区间校正的干扰对输出波形的影响,并提出了一种软件抗干扰方法,最后采用两级光耦隔离驱动电路和控制电路来隔离驱动信号。实验结果表明,该方法效果良好。
Matrix Converter(MC) has no DC link capacitor,the output lines of the converter is connected directly to the input lines.It has the features of fast switching speed,complex control strategy,and serious EMI.In this paper,a optimizing switching order based on space vector modulation is used to reduce the number of switching.In order to reduce the output voltage distortion caused by the input current correcting, a software anti-jamming method is used.At last, a twice photocoupler is used for separating the driving circuit and controlling circuit.The experimental results show that this method can take good effects.
