奥扎格雷钠对TIA和进展性脑梗死病情转归的影响

The influence of Ozagral Sodium on the prognosis of transient ischemic attack and progressive ceretral infarction

目的探讨奥扎格雷钠治疗对短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)和进展性脑梗死(PCI)预后的影响。方法将75例TIA患者和38例PCI患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上分为全量与半量使用奥扎格雷钠,观察神经功能缺损评分(CCS)及临床疗效。结果TIA治疗组与对照组的预后有显著性差异(P<0.05),PCI治疗组的CCS评分明显低于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠能显著改善TIA与PCI的病情及预后。

Objective To investigate The influence of Ozagral Sodium on the prognosis of transient ischemic attack （TIA） and progressive eeretral infaretion （PCI）. Methods 75 cases of TIA patients and 38 cases of PCI patients were respectively randomly divided into two groups： the control group were treated with conventional therapy, and the treatment group were added infusion of Ozagral Sodium which include sum dose and half dose in addition to the conventional therapy. The clinical progress was monitored with China Stroke Scale （CSS） before and after treatment. Results There was statistic difference on prognosis between two groups of TIA （P〈 0.05）; The CSS score of treatment group of PCI was lower than control group and there was statistic difference tetween two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Ozagral Sodium can improve the prognosis and nerves function of TIA and PCI patients.
