发展节水灌溉是缓解水资源供需矛盾的主要途径 被引量:4

摘要 漳河灌区人均水资源占有量仅为全国及全省平均水平的45.9%与59.8%,水资源短缺,供需矛盾紧张。在灌区用水量中,农业灌溉用水占社会总供水量的85.0%左右,且水的利用率不高,浪费较严重。开展节水灌溉,把农业用水损失降至最低程度是当前迫切需要解决的问题之一,也是发展“两高一优”农业的关键措施。针对灌区的实际情况,开展节水灌溉措施:(1)提高水的利用率;(2)改进作物耕作与种植制度;(3)节流与开源并举;(4)加强灌溉用水管理,合理利用水资源。 The water resources occupation per head in Zhonghe irrigation dred is Only 45. 9 % of that inwhole country, and 59. 8% in Whole province. Water resources here is so deficient that thecontradiction between supply and dernand is very strict. Agriculture irrgation water amounts to 85percent or so in total axial water supply, at the same time, water use efficiency is pretly low andwater waste is very common. So developing Water Saving irrigation to decrease agricuture water lossto the lowest extent is an urgent problem to be solved today and a critical measure for developing highyield and efficiency and quality agriculture as well. Countering the actural situation of the irrigationarea, Saving water irrigation must be developed in ovder: (1) to raise water use efficiency; (2)toimprove croptillage and plant pattern; (3)to broaden sources of water and reduce water loss; (4)tostengthen irrigation water management and make rational use of water resources.
