bFGF-FG对大鼠随意皮瓣成活的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子-生物蛋白胶(bFGF-FG)对大鼠皮瓣成活的影响。方法制备bFGF-FG,将bFGF-FG喷涂于大鼠背部随意皮瓣下方,术后7d观察皮瓣成活率、微血管密度。并与单独使用bFGF组进行对比。结果皮瓣成活率A组为(80.6±6.9)%,B组为(75.3±11.2)%,C组为(56.4±10.2)%。微血管血管密度A组为27.15±5.42/mm2,B组为22.6±4.56/mm2,C组为15.95±3.18/mm2。经统计学分析,各组间存在显著差异。结论bFGF-FG能够更好地提高随意皮瓣的成活率。 Objective To explore the effects of basic fibroblast growth factor-fibrin glue (bFGF-FG) on the survival of ischemic flap. Methods bFGF-FG were perpaxed and sprayed under the random pattern skin flaps. 7 days after operation, flap survivals and the Microvasculax densities of each group were observed and measured. Results The flap survival rate were (80.6-x-6.9) %, (75.3+11.2) %, (56.4±10.2) %. respectively, and the Microvasculax densities were 27.15±5.42/mm^2, 22.6±4.56/mm^2, 15.95±3.18/mm^2 respectively. There was significant difference stalistically. Conclusions The bFGF-FG can increase the survival of random flap more effectively.
