普通高校贫困大学生择业心理问题及对策研究

Studies towards Underprivileged Students' Mentality in Finding Jobs

随着我国高校毕业生就业制度的改革,大学生,尤其是贫困大学生的择业心理问题日渐凸显。在调查问卷的基础上,对贫困大学生在择业中容易出现的八种不良心理倾向进行了分析,提出了“三个加强”和“三个结合”的对策,帮助贫困大学生调适不良择业心理,顺利走向社会。

University students＇ mentality in finding jobs, especially that of underprivileged ones, becomes the major concern with the reform of the employment system. This paper made an analysis of eight adverse psychological tendencies based on a questionnaire and proposed ＂three strengthens＂ and ＂three combines＂ to help graduates to adjust their mentality and to successfully find a job.
