摘要
以乙二胺(EDA)为模板剂,采用水热法合成出ZSM-5型沸石分子筛,通过XRD、Fr—IR等手段对所合成分子筛结构进行表征。考察了模板剂用量、硅铝摩尔比、晶种、晶化时间及硫酸用量等因素对分子筛合成的影响。实验结果表明,在晶化温度为165—178℃,晶化时间为20—40h,n(SiO2):n(NH2(CH2)2NH2):n(Al2O3):n(Na2O):n(H2SO4):n(H2O)=100:(40—83):(0.63-1.40):31:(7.6—24.6):1192体系中能合成出ZSM-5沸石分子筛。利用ZSM-5沸石分子筛催化醛氨缩合反应对所合成产物进行了催化性能研究。实验发现,以所合成的产品为催化剂,吡啶碱总产率可达50%-70%。
The ethylenediamine template is used to prepare the ZSM -5 zeolites by hydrothermal synthesis method, and their structures are characterized with XRD and FF-IR techniques. The effects of ethylenediamine content, n( SiO2) : n( Al2O3 ) , crystal seeds, time and sulfuric acid content on the ZSM -5 synthesis are discussed. The results show that the ZSM -5 zeolites can be synthesized in the conditions of n (SiO2 ):n (NH2 (CH2 )2NH2 ): n (Al2O3 ):n (Na2O):n (H2SO4 ): n(H2O) =100:(40 -83): (0.63 -1.40):31:(7.6 -24.6): 1 192 at 165 -178 ℃, 20 -40 h. The catalytic activity of ZSM -5 zeolites prepared is studied with the aldehyde-ammonia condensation reaction. The results show that the total pyridine base yields reach 50% - 70%.
