大庆老油田地面系统优化调整措施及效果 被引量:19

摘要 进入特高含水开发阶段的老油田存在产油量下降、综合含水率上升、油田地面工程系统及区域负荷不平衡、地面设施不断腐蚀老化、运行能耗不断上升、运行成本控制难度增大等问题。大庆油田在九五期间开始探索老油田地面系统优化调整的措施,形成了一系列优化调整原则和优化调整工艺,研究并编制了系统优化调整的总体规划方案。十五期间在部分系统和区块进行了实施,取得了显著效果。 The maturing oilfield in the development stage of very high water cut faced a lot of problems,such as reduction of oil production,water cut increasing,unbalanced load in the surface system,increasing corrosion of equipment,steadily rising high energy consumption and difficult control of operating cost. Facing the poor situation of surface system and the existing contradiction,Daqing Oilfield Administration began to study the technologies and measurements to optimize old oilfield system during the Ninth Five-Year Plan period so as to layout principles and serial measurements for systematic adjustment of surface system. These measurements were applied in part of surface systems and blocks and have achieved evident outcome during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period.
