大庆葡萄花油田地面工程系统优化调整

Adjustment of Surface Facilities in Putaohua Oilfield of Daqing Area

针对大庆葡萄花油田地面工程系统投产多年后存在的设备腐蚀、能耗高及安全性差的问题,采用优化与简化的技术路线,对葡萄花南部油田进行了总体规划、分步实施的系统改造与技术改造工程,降低了高含水后期低产油田维护改造投资与生产运行成本。将葡萄花油田南部地面系统优化调整的经验推广应用后,取得了较好的经济效益。

There existed some problems such as equipment corrosion,high energy consumption and poor safety in the surface systems in Putaohua Oilfield of Daqing area. Adopting the technical line of optimization and simplification,the overall planning and the step-by-step implement of the systematic reformation of the surface facilities in the south part of Putaohua Oilfield was proceeded. After reformation,the investment and operating cost for the low-production and high water cut oilfield was reduced. This experience were extended to other part of the oilfield,and good results have been obtained.
