红花大金元品种品质特征

Explore the feature of quality of Honghuadajinyuan variety

研究比较了红花大金元,G28,K326,云烟85等4个品种烟叶的色素、多酚化合物、烟草特有的亚硝胺含量及主要化学成分和感官评吸质量等品质因素的差异.结果表明:与G28,K326,云烟85的烟叶比较,红花大金元品种的烟叶具有色素和多酚化合物含量高,烟草特有的亚硝胺含量低,化学成分协调,香气质好的品质特征.这些品质特征很可能和红花大金元的栽培和调制特性有关,应根据其栽培和调制特性,研究和确定相应的栽培调制技术,而不应试图改变其栽培调制特性.

This paper is an attempt to study the content of pigments, polyphones and tobacco specific nitrosamines in the tobacco leaves of Honghuadajinyuan, G28, K326 and Yunyan85 variety. The results show： comparing with the tobacco leaves of G28, K326 and Yunyan85, the tobacco leaves of Honghuadajinyuan contain higher pigments and polyphones, lower tobacco specific nitrosamines（TSNA）, and its chemical compositions are more harmonious and aroma is more graceful. Furthermore, these features of quality are most probably closely related to characteristics on growing and curing. Therefore, the technology on growing and curing should be decided based on characteristics on growing and curing, in stead of changing the characteristics.
