基于ASP．NET的企业培训管理系统的设计与实现

Design and Realization of Training Management System in Enterprises Based on ASP.NET

随着Internet的广泛应用，国内企业都普遍搭建了局域网，在此基础上开发基于Web的信息管理系统，对提高管理效率有着重要的现实意义。根据所做兖矿项目，本文使用ASP．NET和ADO．NET技术，在．NETFramework下进行开发，提出了一种基于ASP．NET的企业培训系统，介绍了其设计和实现，并对关键技术进行了分析。

With the development of Internet, the LAN has been built up in enterprises. As a result, to design information management system based on Web is of practical interest to the improvement of the management efficiency. According to the project of YanKuang, based on ASP.NET, this paper proposed a training system used in enterprises. It was developed with the technology of ASP.NET and ADO.NET under. NET Framework. This paper introduced its design and analysed its key technologies.
