Implementationg of the Uighur SIP Based on Windows CE.NET

在研究WindowsCE．Net维语化的过程中碰到的一个难点就是嵌入式平台维语输入问题。在桌面环境下，维语的输入己经非常成熟。但基于WindowsCE．NET的嵌入式环境中维文输入是个难题。本论文提出基于软键盘的维语输入法，解决了无键盘的嵌入式环境下的维语输入问题。这种方案具有简单，实用，稳定性好的特点。

Develops software which related to Uighur language, the first problem is the inputting question of Uighur language. On the personal computer, Uigher language＇ s inputting already has implemented. But in the embedded system which based on Windows CE.NET, to input Uighur language was a difficult problem. This paper proposed for the Uighur inputting method based on the Soft inputting panel, so the paper have solved the Uighur inputting question of non-keyboard embedded system. This solution is featured by simplicity, practicalityl stability.
