摘要
采用热水煮提法和稀碱提取法分别从穿山龙中提取出水溶性提取物DM和ADM.利用超氧阴离子清除实验,羟自由基清除实验和邻苯三酚自氧化抑制实验研究DM和ADM的抗氧化活性,结果表明DM有较强的抗氧化活性,可被作为潜在的抗氧化剂开发利用.
The water-soluble extracts, termed DM and ADM, were obtained from the Dioscorea nipponica Makino by boiling-water extraction and alkali extraction. On the basis of superoxide radical assay, hydroxyl radical assay and self-oxidation of 1,2,3-phentriol assay, their antioxidant activities were investigated. Among them, DM had the higher antioxidant activities and should be explored as a novel potential antioxidant.
