摘要
介绍了通风道栅门塑料产品的注射模结构。该模具通过变换不同的定模型腔,实现了由1副模具成型3种产品。同时该模具还具备侧向抽芯和强制脱模等功能,在整个产品成型过程中能实现全自动化生产。
Introduced the injection mold structure of the plastic products of the air chute fence gate.the mold realized moulding three kinds of products by changing different fixed mold cavity.and the mold also had the functions of side core-pulling and compulsive demoulding,be able to realize the fully automation in whole moulding process.
