The new curriculum reform of basic education has comprehensively launched and it also met some puzzles in the successful implementation. Through the well organized comprehensive investigation, it reflected new changes in the safeguard system of new curriculum implementation, teacher＇ s teaching behavior and teaching conception and the like are changing smoothly. But it still has some problems that can＇t be neglected. We should take the positive effective measures to solve them in order to guarantee the health development of the new curriculum implementation.
