随着互联网的发展,域名的商业价值越来越大,也越来越受到人们的重视,域名已成为一种类似商标的无形资产。文章对域名抢注行为、主观恶意的概念和认定进行了分析,以使公众对域名抢注行为有正确的认识。
Along with the development of the intenet, more and more enterprises and organs have propagated their products by setting up their own domain name. The domain name has become one kind of similar trademark . That＇s the reason why there are so much cybersquatting. This article has analysed the meaning of cybersquatting and evil intentions, and its recognization, so the public can understand the cybersquatting correctly.
