摘要
当前,假冒伪劣药品的泛滥已严重威胁到人民群众的身体健康及生命安全,扰乱了药品市场经营管理秩序,必须予以严厉打击。文章从中国当前假冒伪劣药品泛滥的现状及特点出发,提出了相关的侦查措施,希望能对打击生产、销售假冒伪劣药品犯罪起到一定的推动作用。
Presently; fake drugs＇spread has seriously threatened people＇s health and the safety, disrupted drugs＇market, which must be severely attacked. Starting with the present situation and the characteristics of China, this article proposes the related detection measures, which hopes to play a certain role in attacking the manufacture or sale of fake drugs.
