谈公安院校的职业道德教育

A Talk on Police Colleges' Professional Ethics Education

公安机关是国家拥有武装和特殊强制手段的行政力量,公安机关要求人民警察必须具有崇高的职业道德精神。我国教育的培养目标、人民警察的职业特点以及现实社会的状况要求作为警察重要来源的公安院校必须加强对学员的职业道德教育。从目前的情况来看,应该从完善教育管理体制、寓职业道德教育于理论教学与实践教学之中以及提高教育者的职业道德素养等方面,加强对公安院校学员的职业道德教育。

Public security organization is administrative force that is owing armed and special force of compel, and requires that policemen have professional ethics spirit. Because of the aim of cultivate of education in our country and occupational peculiarity of policeman and practical social conditions, policemen must strengthen moral education of occupation to students. We ought to perfect the system of educational administration, contain professional ethics education in academic and practical teaching, advance attainment of the teachers to strengthen professional ethics education to students.
