大学生的应对方式及其相关因素分析

University Students' Coping Style and Related Factors

目的了解大学生的应对方式,为大学生健康教育提供依据。方法采用简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)对1196名大学本科生进行调查分析。结果大学生的积极应对(1.94±0.45)处于中等偏上水平,消极应对(1.34±0.53)处中等偏下水平。性别、年级、专业、是否恋爱对积极应对影响的差异达到统计学显著水平(P<0.01,P<0.05)。社会支持与应对方式呈显著性相关。家内支持、家外支持因子均进入积极应对、消极应对回归方程。结论大学生的应对方式受性别、年级、专业、是否恋爱、是否独生因素的影响,家内与家外支持是影响大学生应对方式的个体内部心理因素。

Objective To study university students＇ Coping Style and provide references to students＇ mental health. Methods The SCSQ, PSSS were adopted in the study, 1196 undergraduates were sampled as the research object. Results ①University students＇ positive coping（1.94±0.45） was above the medium level, and negative coping （1.34±0.53） was below the medium level. Sex, grade, specialty, love played different roles on factors of positive coping （P〈0.01; P〈0.05）. Female students scored much higher than males （1.98±0.45; 1.86±0. 45）, students of the first and fourth year （1.94± 0. 43; 2.05±0.48） scored remarkably higher than those of the second and third year （1.89±0. 44; 1.87±0.46）. Students of arts scored higher than those of science （2. 00±0. 42; 1.88±0. 47）. Students those without love scored higher than in love （1.96±0.46; 1.90±0.43）. Grade, specialty, only child or not played different roles on factors of negative coping（P〈0. 01）. Students of the second and third year （1.40±0.48; 1.40±0.57） scored remarkably higher than those of the first and fourth year （1.30± 0. 58; 1.27± 0.44）. Students of science scored higher than those of arts （1.38±0. 52; 1. 30±0. 53） not the only children in the family scored higher than students who are Only child in the family （1.36± 0. 54; 1. 24± 0. 46）, Sex and specialty interacted with each other in terms of negative coping（F= 14.58 ; P= 0. 00）. University students＇ perception of social support was highly related to coping styles. Support outside family and family support entered into the regression equation in turn. Conclusion Sex, grade, specialty, love and only child or not of the students interacted with each other in terms of Coping Style, Support outside family and family support were inner factors influencing university students＇ coping style.
