单间ICU病人压力因子与急性生理紊乱与慢性健康评估评分相关性研究

Relationship between Stressors and APACHEⅡ of Independent ICU Patients

目的探讨单间ICU病人对压力因子认知评价及急性生理紊乱与慢性健康评估(APACHE)评分与压力因子的相关性。方法采用ICU压力因子问卷对58例单间ICU病人进行调查;分析APACHE评分与压力因子的相关性。结果与非单间病人比较,单间ICU病人对死亡的担忧更加强烈,更加渴望家庭情感支持;APACHE评分与压力因子各类应激源均存在相关性。结论建议单间ICU医护人员在关注病人生理应激同时,从侵入性医疗操作、病房环境、与医护人员的关系、病情等方面入手,进行有效的心理干预,并注意促进单间ICU病人与其家庭的情感交流。

Objective To describe the particularity of ICU stressors from independent ICU patients, and analyze the correlations between ICU stressors and APACHE Ⅱ. Methods Use the ICU Stressor Questionnaire to investigate 58 ICU patients and take correlative statistic. Results Differ from the General ICU patients, the Independent ICU patients are afraid of death firstly, and anxious for Family Emotion Provides. There is obvious correlative relationship between APACHE Ⅱ and ICU stressors. Conclusion Considering the correlative stressors, the Independent ICU staffs should take effective psychological intervention at the same time of focusing on the physiological stressors. Moreover, the staffs should improve the communication between the patients and their families.
