摘要
利用粉煤灰和有机溶剂溶解的EVA混合在聚乙烯纤维基体上涂层,制备新型涂层导水纤维。试验采用比表面积分析仪、环境扫描电子显微镜、快速水分测定仪分别对纤维涂层形貌以及渗水特性进行表征。试验结果表明:在筛选后的比例中,EVA含量最少的纤维涂层渗水效果最好;该涂层导水纤维对温度以及土壤湿度都具有自调节功能。
The new water-conducting fiber made use of the fly ash and EVA solved by organic solvent, both of which were mixed together to coat on the PE fibers. The appearance and Water-releasing Characteristics were described by BET surface area measurement, the environment scanning electron microscope and fast water equipment. The result shows that in the selected ratio the best water-release characteristic of the fiber is that with the least proportion of EVA. The coated water-conducting fibers possess the functions which can adjust its water-release ratio when the temperature and the soil water content changed.
