摘要 应用厌氧消化两步发酵工艺,采用改进型上流式厌氧污泥床反应器对金霉素生产废水进行一级处理。厌氧污泥的驯化过程大约在40天以上。废水经过水解酸化处理,挥发酸VFA(以乙酸计)含量从751mg/L上升至1557mg/L,同时消除了一部分有害物质对厌氧菌的毒害,厌氧段进水COD浓度33944mg/L,HRT8.3天,出水COD浓度5000mg/L左右,去除率>85%,产气率1.97L/(L·d)。 The two-step anaerobic technology is used for treating the aureomycin processing wastewater,and the improved UASB also is adopted in the present paper The duration of cultivation of the anaerobic slurry is about 40 days Through the acidification process,the VFA content is increased from 751mg/L to 1557mg/L At the meantime,it also removed a part of substance which is harmful to anaerobic bacteria The COD inffluent content of the anaerobic tank is 33944mg/L,and that of effluent is 5000mg/L HRT is 8 3 days Its COD removal rate is above 85% and biogas production rate is 1 97L/(L·d)
