摘要
沼液浸种能增强水稻秧苗的抗冷能力,使处于6~7℃低温胁迫下连续6天的幼苗,成苗率比对照平均提高12.66%。这可从叶肉细胞超微结构动态观察中看出明显的差异。研究表明,沼液对水稻秧苗抗冷害生理具有一定的调控功能。经测定沼液中含有脯氨酸、亚油、亚麻酸等抗冷物质,这类物质的外源抗冷效果前人已有论述。
Soaking seeds with digested slurry can improve cold resistance of rice seedlings。The results showed that under 6°~7℃ for successive 6 days the seedling survival rate for the treatment with digested slurry increased by 12 66% or more The difference can be clearly observed on the dynamic supermicrotructure of Leaf pulp cells。It was revealed that digested slurry has some effect on rice cold resistant physiologically。Analytical test showed that digested slurry contains the cold resistant compounts such as linoleic acid and linolenic acid and so on。It has been reported that these components have some offect on rice cold resistance, This study further confirmed this effect。
