摘要
目的:探讨纳米-高频脉冲光技术对肾癌的治疗效果。方法:用人ACHN细胞株接种BALB/c裸小鼠,建立荷瘤动物模型,并随机分成空白对照组、高频脉冲光治疗组、纳米-高频脉冲光治疗组、高频脉冲光预防治疗组和纳米-高频脉冲光预防治疗组。治疗组均用高频脉冲光波仪垂直照射肿瘤(照射光强度:6527μW/cm2),周期为4周,定期测量肿瘤体积,对实验结果进行统计学分析,瘤体HE染色做病理分析。结果与结论:对照组肿瘤体积明显增大,而治疗组肿瘤体积明显缩小或轻度增大;治疗组的平均瘤体积及肿瘤生长曲线明显低于对照组,治疗效果经统计学处理存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。预防肾癌发生实验结果显示,用纳米-高频脉冲光能够预防实验动物肾癌发生、发展(P<0.05)。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic efficacy of nanometer-high-frequency square pulse light technology targeting kidney cancer. Methods: Fifty BALB/c nude mice inoculated with human ACHN cell line were randomly divided into control group, high-frequency pulse light treated group, nanometer-high-frequeney pulse light treated group, high-frequency pulse light preventive treatment group, and nanometer-high-frequency pulse light preventive treatment group. The animals bearing tumors of the treated groups were treated with 6 527 μW/cm^2 high-frequency light for 4 weeks as a cycle. The antitumor effect was assessed by measuring tumor volume periodically,and compared with the pathologic results. The morphologic changes were observed by macroscopy and microscopy. Results and Conclusion. The tumor volumes of the control group increased obviously, whereas the tumor volumes of the therapeutic groups decreased obviously or increased slightly. The average tumor volume and the tumor growth curve of the therapeutic groups were obviously lower than those of the control group and the therapeutic efficacy was provedby the statistical difference(P 〈0.05). The kidney carcinogenesis prevention experiment results indicated that nanometer high-frequency square pulse light can prevent the occurrence and development of the kidney cancer in experimental animals(P 〈0. 05 ).
