Amenity: Interpretation in Perspective of Housing Unit Type: Based on the Theory of "Everybody Has Appropriate Dwelling"

文章以“人人都有适当的住宅”为理论背景,以“套型”为切入点,对“舒适度”的概念作了诠释、量化和系统分析,建议在理性住宅消费理念、学科交叉理念、可持续发展理念、精密设计理念等四大理念上对居住作一个全面的认识;以“舒适度”为核心构建具有普遍意义的住宅套型的设计模型。

Based on the theory of ＂everybody has appropriate house＂ and the topic of ＂dwelling unit type＂, this paper gives ＂amenity＂ an explanation and quantified systematic analysis. It advocates that an overall understanding of habitation should be based on the idea of rational consumption of housing, overlapped discipline, sustainable development and minute design. It means the construction of a design model for typical dwelling unit type should be centered around ＂amenity＂.
