Neuroserpin在神经系统疾病中的实验研究进展
摘要
Neuroserpin（NSP）是一种轴突选择性的神经丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂。在成人中枢神经系统内，它主要存在于新大脑皮质、海马结构、嗅球和杏仁核，而在大多数丘脑核、尾状核、壳核和小脑细胞中相对缺乏。在大脑内，NSP形成了十二烷基磺酸钠（SDS）这种稳定的复合物，抑制了组织型纤溶酶原激活剂（tPA）、尿激酶和纤维蛋白溶酶的活性。
