CD_4^+ CD_(25)^+调节性T细胞在系统性自身免疫病中的意义及应用前景

摘要 系统性自身免疫病通常又称结缔组织病,大多呈慢性、反复发作、进行性加重的病程,病因不明,一般认为遗传和环境因素造成机体免疫紊乱,体内产生多种自身抗体是主要的发病机制之一。传统的治疗主要用糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂,在控制病情的同时容易带来其他严重并发症,如感染等。寻找更好的生物治疗方法正成为免疫学研究的热点。CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞(Treg)是一组具有免疫抑制和免疫无能特征的调节性T细胞亚群,根据来源和抑制机制的不同,分为天然产生的CD4^+CD25^+ Treg(nTreg)和诱导产生的Treg(包括Th3、Tr1细胞)。研究表明Treg与自身免疫病的发病密切相关,近年来已经在多种系统性自身免疫病中发现Treg数量和功能的异常。大量动物实验研究结果表明,体外扩增Treg后回输有可能成为控制和治疗自身免疫性疾病很有希望的新途径。本文主要综述Treg在几种经典的系统性自身免疫病中的意义以及临床应用前景。
